User Agreement for MetaBenz

Parties

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between MetaBenz, ("MetaBenz"), and the individual signing up as a platform user at MetaBenz website ("User"). The Agreement becomes effective upon the User's electronic acceptance and remains in force until terminated according to the procedures in this Agreement.

Definitions

  • MetaBenz: The Dubai-based company managing the MetaBenz platform.
  • Cryptocurrency: Digital assets that enable secure transactions through cryptographic and encrypted means.
  • Cryptocurrency Wallet: A digital file storing the User's cryptocurrency addresses and passwords for transactions.
  • User: An individual who is a member of the Site and benefits from MetaBenz's services.
  • Site: The websiteMetaBenz website and its sub-domains.

Purpose

This Agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations between the User and MetaBenz for using the services provided on the Site. MetaBenz acts as a mediator in transactions between users, with prices determined by supply and demand and not set by MetaBenz.

Commencement

The Agreement starts when the User becomes a member of the Site electronically, agreeing to all provisions of this Agreement.

Rights and Responsibilities of Parties

  • User Information: Users must provide complete and accurate information to access the platform. MetaBenz may revoke, suspend, or cancel accounts with incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Account Establishment: Users are allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information may result in account cancellations and prevention of new account creation.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property related to the Site's services belongs to MetaBenz. Users may not reverse engineer or reproduce any content.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with this Agreement, applicable laws, and Site rules.
  • Age Requirement: Users must be over 18 years old. MetaBenz may terminate accounts if false age information is provided.
  • Information Accuracy and Confidentiality: Users are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of their information and must not share login details.
  • Use of Cryptocurrency: MetaBenz is not responsible for how cryptocurrency is used or transferred and will not cover damages from misuse.
  • Account Security: Users must ensure account security, including using strong passwords and connecting via HTTPS. MetaBenz is not liable for damages even if security measures are followed.
  • Account Transfer: Users cannot transfer or sell their accounts or rights. MetaBenz may cancel or suspend accounts in such cases.
  • Limitation of Liability: MetaBenz is not liable for any losses or damages arising from user fault or system issues.
  • Independence of MetaBenz: MetaBenz operates independently and is not responsible for transactions on other platforms.
  • Role of MetaBenz: MetaBenz mediates transactions, with prices set by users. MetaBenz is not liable for losses due to price changes.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that harm the Site or its systems. They are responsible for any resulting damages.
  • Reporting and Resolution of Issues: Users should diagnose issues before contacting MetaBenz. MetaBenz will not be liable for issues during a 24-hour resolution period or force majeure events.
  • Compliance with Legal Requirements: Users must use the platform legally. MetaBenz is not responsible for users' legal or tax liabilities.
  • Handling of Suspicious Transactions: MetaBenz may refund suspicious transactions but is not responsible for user actions or losses.
  • Amendment of Deposit and Withdrawal Rules: MetaBenz can change deposit and withdrawal rules. Users agree to updated terms.
  • Requirements for Deposits: Deposits must come from a bank account in the User's name. MetaBenz may reject non-compliant transfers.
  • Transactions Outside Declared Time Limits: MetaBenz is not liable for losses from transactions outside declared time limits.
  • Handling of Transactions at Unrealistic Prices: MetaBenz may cancel transactions executed at unrealistic prices due to technical errors. Affected accounts may be frozen or canceled.
  • Security of Cryptocurrencies: MetaBenz stores cryptocurrencies securely but is not liable for theft or fraud. Users accept this risk.
  • Use of MetaBenz Account and Bitcoin Withdrawals: Users must withdraw Bitcoins to their own wallets and return incorrect transfers. Global Services: MetaBenz provides services worldwide.
  • Support Services and Contact Information: Support is available at MetaBenz website. MetaBenz is not responsible for emails from other addresses.
  • Risks Associated with Cryptocurrency Investments: Users accept risks of cryptocurrency investments and release MetaBenz from liability for investment losses.
  • Legal and Tax Obligations: Users must comply with legal and tax obligations related to cryptocurrency use.
  • Force Majeure and Transaction Fulfillment: MetaBenz is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events. Users cannot claim interest on funds during such events.
  • Identity Certification and Address Information: Users must certify their identity and address to withdraw funds. MetaBenz will share this information with authorities if required.
  • Use of MetaBenz's Commercial Assets: Users must not use MetaBenz’s trademarks or commercial assets without permission.
  • Communication and Notifications: Users will receive notifications via the registered email address. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their email address up-to-date.
  • Acceptance of Terms and Disclosures: By becoming a member, users acknowledge reading and accepting all terms and disclosures of the Agreement.

Validity and Announcement

This Agreement is valid when announced on the Site by MetaBenz.

Severability

Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Currency Transfer and Bank Account

Users must use a bank account in their name for currency transfers. Delays may occur if transfers are made under different names.

User Safety and 2FA Authentication

MetaBenz uses 2FA Google Authenticator for account security. Users' funds are stored securely to prevent cyber-attacks.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Site and its contents are provided "AS IS." MetaBenz is not liable for interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access to the Site.

Limited Liability for Transactions

MetaBenz’s liability for transactions is limited to technical efforts to transfer cryptocurrencies.

Quality of Service

MetaBenz is not liable for disruptions caused by the Internet service provider.

Ownership and Legitimacy

Users must be legitimate owners of the cash and cryptocurrencies in their accounts and use the Site for lawful purposes.

Charging

MetaBenz can change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. Changes become effective when announced on the Site.
